Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering high-quality in-person and online educational experiences. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.


Eligible Refund Conditions

  1. Cancellation Within 7 Days of Registration (Before Course Start)
    You may receive a full refund if you cancel your registration within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided the event (in-person or online) has not yet begun and you have not accessed course materials or recordings.

  2. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling by Us
    If we cancel or significantly reschedule an event and you are unable to attend the new date, you are entitled to a full refund or may choose to transfer your registration to a future event at no additional cost.

  3. Access Issues (Online Events Only)
    If you experience technical difficulties that prevent access to an online event or course due to an issue on our end, and we are unable to resolve it in a reasonable time, a full or partial refund may be provided.

  4. Misrepresentation or Incomplete Delivery
    If the course content is substantially different from the advertised description, and this affects your learning experience, you may request a refund within 3 days of the event or course.

  5. Extenuating Circumstances (Both Formats)
    In the case of serious personal situations (e.g. medical emergency, bereavement), a refund or credit may be offered at our discretion. Proof may be required.


Non-Refundable Conditions

  • No-shows or failure to attend without notice.

  • Cancellation requests after the event has started or after you have accessed course materials or recordings.

  • Dissatisfaction that does not involve misrepresentation or technical failure.

  • Late requests outside the eligible timeframe.
